Health & Wellness

Our Nursing Team will meet with you and your family to assess individual needs and then develop a custom person-centered care plan that fosters independence and self-esteem. Our expert caregivers focus on keeping you fit both mentally and physically and are available 24/7 to assist with personal care such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and medication administration.

We create a person-centered service plan for each resident, focusing on their needs as individuals and how we are able to help them attain a meaningful life each and every day. Most importantly – we include the YOU – the family and friends – as we become an extension of your family celebrating daily successes.
We have embraced Teepa Snow’s philosophy of “Positive Approach to Care”, including her "Hand-Under-Hand" technique to meet the complex and unique requirements of memory loss, using her efficient and structured techniques each day within our program. Our staff endures an extensive training to learn Teepa’s philosophies and how to apply them in day to day, real-life scenarios.
Designed to keep your loved one active, our integrated hobby spaces – varying from textiles, woodworking, full functioning kitchen, doll therapy and beyond – will provide quality engagement for all skill sets and interest levels. The opportunity to spend time indoors or outdoors is always available with our beautifully landscaped courtyard as the center of the memory care neighborhood.
